Sales order integration using job queue from CRM TO BC

The Requirement is like when i create a sales order record in crm i want the details to be fetched and automatically create a record in bc sales order ……but what happens now is when i create a sales order in crm it create's the record in sales quote in bc and the only data that is mapped in the “order id” as in screenshot 3…….. also in the bc table “sale order-dynamics 365 sales” the records get created…. but only if i click send order from the crm sale order as shown in screenshot 2……….the requirement is i want is to populate in the sale's order bc with all the fields mapped i have also shared the mapping fields for your reference in screenshot 1
