How do you manage your implementation/customization contracts with your clients?

Hey,

I wanted to see some contracts for Dynamics 365 Sales or CRM implementation. I know each country has its own price for implementing it's not my point.
I just want to check the clauses and the information on them to see how the company/implementor protects themselves from extra work and out-of-scope work
