Hello,
 
Any extra configuration is required for SSRS report in Dev box in D365F&O to work on the report.
 
1. Where I will get the predefined configuration for SSRS report in my DEV box. 
2. Where RDL files are stored and where I will get the URL to get RDL files.
 
If I missed anything pls add.
 
Please give me the thoughts.  thanks!

    I don't understand what you mean by "D365F&O to work on the report". Please give us more information about your scenario. Do you mean how to deploy a report included in the F&O application?

    I mean to say, in my DEV machine, before starting work in SSRS report, is there any setup or configuration is required to do or whatever MS has provided is enough only.

    On your DevBox, whether it's a VHD or a Cloud-hosted environment, all the necessary tools for SSRS are pre-installed and configured out of the box.  
    No additional setup is required on your part.
