Hi all, In the MS VM environment, I tried to run the trial balance for year 2022 with the following parameters. However, system returns a empty page. I took a look at the voucher transactions which shows the entries. Any reason why the system is not working as expected? Thanks

Hi Aspen,

Are you using a demo Contoso environment? if yes, which company? this will help others give you answers.

Then, if you did not, you can try the following:

1) Check the posting layer on which the transactions were posted, from your screenshot I see that you are running the Trial Balance only for the "Current" layer, so if those transactions are posted on another layer you do not see them (another approach could be to run the Trial Balance again slecting all the posting layers);

2) Try to rebuild the balance from the Main account dimension set under General Ledger --> Chart of accounts --> Dimensions --> Financial Dimension sets" and I see that you ran the Trial Balance for the financial dimension set "Main Account" so select it and click on "Balance status":

Then selct the company and click on "Rebuild balances":

Select the from and to the layer:

This will run a batch job that will level the Trial balance with the underlying transactions.
