For some users is the MS email connection to MS CE Opportunity working perfectly, for one user we receive the error message "Track and setting are currently disabled", does anyone know where to enable this setting, thank you in advance.

The quickest way to fix this is to re-approve and re-enable the mailbox:
In Dynamics 365 CE, navigate to:Advanced Settings→Email Configuration→Mailboxes
Locate and open the affected user’s mailbox record
ClickApprove Email
Then selectTest & Enable Mailbox
Within a few minutes, the warning should disappear, and theTrackandSet Regardingbuttons will start working again in Outlook.
