Hello Rami,
Your screenshot is expected: completing Dynamics 365 Sales Connection Setup does not automatically complete Field Service Integration Setup; according to Microsoft, Field Service requires the Dataverse connection + Dynamics 365 Sales integration first, then you must install the Field Service Integration app from Marketplace and run Assisted Setup → Set up integration to Dynamics 365 Field Service, where you configure the Project Journal Template/Batch, Hours UOM, when Work Order Products/Services synchronize, automatic posting behavior, and choose Integration Type = Project or Project and Service (the latter requires Business Central Premium), then run Full Synchronization; also in Field Service Microsoft recommends disabling Calculate Price/Cost and setting Work Order Invoice Creation = Never because financial processing/invoicing is handled in Business Central. Regarding behavior, do not mix the Sales integration with the Field Service integration: Sales Quotes/Orders are handled by the Dynamics 365 Sales integration—Sales Orders can be bidirectional when Bidirectional Synch of Sales Orders is enabled, while activated Sales Quotes can be processed into Business Central through the Sales integration—but Field Service Work Orders follow different mappings; with the default Project integration, Work Order Products/Services flow mainly to Business Central Project Journals/Planning Lines, whereas with Project and Service, a Field Service Work Order automatically synchronizes with a Business Central Service Order, including Work Order Incidents ↔ Service Item Lines, Work Order Products/Services ↔ Service Lines, Customer Assets ↔ Service Items, Resources ↔ Bookable Resources, and Work Order Types ↔ Service Order Types. Therefore, a Field Service Work Order does not normally create a Sales Order, and Quotes/Orders should be considered part of the Sales integration rather than Field Service itself. Microsoft’s complete implementation guide, including prerequisites, mappings, permissions, setup and synchronization behavior, is here: https://learn.microsoft.com/dynamics365/business-central/admin-integrate-field-service and usage scenarios are here: https://learn.microsoft.com/dynamics365/business-central/admin-use-field-service-integration ; Sales synchronization behavior is documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/dynamics365/business-central/admin-prepare-dynamics-365-for-sales-for-integration
