Document template of word format for purchase order form

I want the data to be exported by word format instead of Excel format of all purchase order details. Can anyone guide how to setup that?

    Electronic Reporting (ER) lets you design Word document templates and map data from tables or entities ideal for generating purchase orders or summaries in word.
     
    Navigate to:
    Organization administration > Electronic reporting > Reporting configurations
    • Create a new format based on the Purchase order model or relevant ER data model.
    • Design a Word template:
      • Use Microsoft Word with content controls.
      • Bind fields like PO number, vendor, lines, totals, etc.
    • Map the model to the template in the ER format configuration.
    • Test the format by generating the Word document for a sample PO.
