Has anyone experienced this when changing from a PC to a MAC laptop? This would be a Apple M4 Pro running macOS Tahoe.
It was supposedly working initially but all of a sudden it stopped after 2 months or so. I've tried to remove the user from the Dynamics Outlook App, then add back to no avail either. Also tried clearing their Outlook cache, etc.
