Copilot stuck on "Working on it ..."

We have added Copilot in our model-drive apps. However, when Copilot is accessed through the right navigation bar it is stuck on "Working on it ..." and does not work.

We have tried clearing our cache and cookies but it still does not work. Anyone else have this issue and know a solution of how to fix this?

Thanks

    Hey,

It sounds like you're running into a bit of a snag with Copilot in your model-driven apps. That "Working on it..." message that just hangs there can definitely be a headache. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things moving again:

    1. Check Service Status: First off, head over to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or check out the service health status page. There might be an outage or some issues on their end that's causing the trouble with Copilot.

    2. Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes mess with web apps. Try turning them off for a bit or switch to incognito mode in your browser, which usually disables extensions. Then, give Copilot another go.

    3. Switch Browsers or Devices: If disabling extensions didn’t do the trick, try accessing Copilot on a different browser or device. This can help figure out if the issue is with your current setup.

    4. Network Check: Make sure your internet connection is stable. Flaky internet can often be the culprit. If you're still stuck, maybe connect to a different network and see if that helps.

    5. Permissions and Settings: Double-check the permissions for users trying to use Copilot. If some settings or security restrictions are a bit too tight, it could keep Copilot from working properly. It might be a good idea to have a chat with your admin to make sure everything's set up right.

    6. Clear Cache More Thoroughly: If a basic cache clear didn’t work, try clearing out everything from the beginning of time, then restart your browser or even reboot your device to get a fresh start.

    7. Software Updates: Lastly, ensure your browser and Dynamics 365 are fully updated. Updates can fix a host of issues, so staying current is key.

    Hi,

Did you check in the DevTools if there's any permission error? Sometimes, if users don't have roles to the proper entities it throws a permission role which you can check in the DevTools.
