To appear in the User ID field, the user must meet all of the following conditions:
The user must be assigned a privileged security role (for example, System administrator or any role marked as privileged).
The user must be enabled and active.
The user must be linked to an employee record (which you have already done).
The user must not already be part of an active or approved privileged access process.
What to check:
Go to System administration > Security > User security governance > Privileged roles
Ensure the role assigned to your user is marked as Privileged
Assign that privileged role to your user
Only users with privileged roles are available for selection in Privileged User Management. Simply creating an employee and linking it to the user is not sufficient.
