External Enterprise App requires Financials.Read.Write.All permisions

mploi Ai Powered Invoice Collection enterprise APP requires Financials.Read.Write.All permisions to function.
This level of permisions seems to be a security concern, or am I over thinking this one, no option to change this except - Revoke Permissions.
 
My question - is this an accetable permision and are security risk acceptable or not
