Hello,

I don't understand why the system is telling me that the next shipping date using the CTP however my production order end on the 18/09, the shipping date should be 19/09, however it doesn't work as I would like :

I can't see detail of the small danger….

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
The date mismatch might happen because your actual production supply order does not align with your sales order requirement dates.

Look closely at the reference list in the bottom grid:
    • Production Order P00604 is scheduled with a requirement date of 17/09/2026 for a quantity of 500.
    • Your sales order SO-00000655 requires the item on 22/09/2026.
    • Notice the Action column for that production order: it explicitly says Decrease.
This means Master Planning sees that this specific production order is an excess or standalone supply that isn't cleanly pegged by the system to fulfil this specific sales order demand line under standard rules. When you simulate CTP, the system ignores mismatched or unlinked inventory orders and runs a brand new forward-scheduling calculation from today's date (26/08/2026). Since your setup has a 27-day Lead Time, the CTP engine calculates 26/08/26 + 27 days = 22/09/26
This is why a ship date might be 22/09/2026, completely overriding your 19/09 expectation.

Kindly mark this answer as verified if it helps.
