We have seen in recent times that the open sales orders are being deleted randomly. We have controls on user roles (Security roles are in place) and a very few people can delete the orders. But they claim to have not done it at all.
Is there a possibility that this can happen? I am thinking of enabling a user database logging for sales and purchase orders to track the same in future. Does anyone have a better suggestion on the same?

PS: I know this is a very weird scenario but have seen this happening thrice in past 6 months.

    Hey.

That's a relevant first step. A second possibility is to check for systemjobs/Plugin/PowerAutomate that are performing those actions.
