Hi

I have a user who cannot see any ribbons on any page in NAV 2017. We have re-installed NAV and still no luck. We had a super user log on to the users machine with a different profile and he cannot see any ribbons. So we believe it is the machine. What might be missing from his machine that would cause this issue?

    Delete the Personalization.xml file and try, can this user see the ribbons if he logs into another machine ?

    As first step, try press CTRL+F1. If the ribbon will not appear then try to delete Profile Metadata or User Metadata tables.
