Hi, I set permissions that prevent the user from reading, adding, or modifying vendors and documents related to numbering series that include "B2B" in the name. When I exported the vendor records to Excel, the sheet was empty. It turned out that an automatic filter was applied in Excel with the condition "No. equals D/B2B*." After clearing the filter, everything was fine. But I'm wondering why this filter is applied automatically—can this be bypassed somehow?

I'm not sure. Uninstall all third-party extensions first, and then try it with Super User. If there is no problem, it may be caused by customization or permissions.

Are you using security filters? It looks like security filters affect the Edit in Excel feature.

Does the API or web service that you are using in Excel have filters? Does the list-type page from which you edit in Excel have filters?
