multi-tenant use of CRM

We have been finalizing the implementation of CRM and F&O in an international company.
Now the question comes along to use the (modified and personliazed) Customer Engagement functionality also for so-called labels (daughter companies). These entities have their own tenant.

The reasons for sharing the CRM functions are: single truth from a data perspective, use of the modified functionality, benefit from investments done and sharing knowledge, centralized management and support of the CRM functionality.

The obvious options like, guest accounts, data centralisation and add central entra-ids have been considered but all have their own limitations. Another issue is the security and governance topic, where the ISO certification criteria has demand for a managed device in the central tenant, and compliance rules for sharing data.

In case you had a similar issue or are aware of a sustainable solution, please let us know.
