Work is not getting created if we take both serial and batch items in a single sales order when releasing to warehouse.

Work is creating successfully when we take those items separately in different orders

May I know what setup is needed for this for getting the work created when we take both serialised and batch items ina single sales order

Could you check the setting 'Scope' of the location directive for sales orders?

I have tried with multiple and all as well still it is not working. I want the work to be created when both serialised and batch items are taken in a single sales order when released to warehouse

Good day,

Is the item in your case both serial and batch enabled, or are these different items? If so, you could add two location directive actions—one for batch-enabled items and one for non-batch items.

Please see the screenshot below for an example:

Hi,
Can you check the Location Directive setup "Scope" field. Set it to Multiple items.
Also make sure the Location directive actions should be Batch enabled.
