Method calling sequence in DIXF for Import and Export in AX2012 R3

Dear team,

I have followed the below link and trying to understand the process to Import and Export data through DIXF.

My question is-

1. What method sequence are called during Import and Export through DIXF.

2. In the above link ,used Entity for the export process. Where I will get those Entity in AOT? I have not seen Entity node in AOT.

Kindly advise pls.
