We are a nonprofit organization based in Delhi, India, currently using MS Dynamics F&O as our ERP system.
We have received a communication from Microsoft 365 Subscription & Billing for Nonprofit Support confirming that our organization has been approved under the Nonprofit program and is eligible to avail nonprofit subscription offers.
However, we are currently unable to purchase subscriptions through the Nonprofit portal, as it continues to display the details of our previous CSP (Cloud Solution Provider). Additionally, MS Dynamics F&O is not visible as an available product on the portal.
We seek your guidance on the following:
1. Whether MS Dynamics F&O is available for direct procurement under the Nonprofit program via the portal.
2. The appropriate process to transition from a CSP-managed subscription model to a self-managed tenant billing structure.We would appreciate your detailed advice to enable us to take an informed decision.
