Is there a template for a quality workflow in D365? How is the workflow for quality structured, and what options does QA have in the system? Is there an example ?
In Quality management module, there is no workflow available. It works with the roles and security, the user who have the "Validate" button and access to Quality orders page, can do the entries for test results and validate.
In case, there is CAPA involved against particular quality order, then a new case needs to be created, cases are having standard workflow (In organization module workflows)
