Duplicate Account Name - CRM

I have an end user whose name appears twice in our CRM, Kellie Connery. If I pick the first one seven clients come up and if I choose the second, two come up. Can they be combined into one? I am requesting some guidance on this before I delete/deactivate one of those accounts.

I agree with Vahid, best option here is to merge the accounts.

This guide demonstrates it really well; Process is the same for on-prem CRM and cloud D365 Sales: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1nXcwBFZC8
