sales prices list related

hey, here are two sales prices one for all customers:

see the item no 9600709 cost is 75
Now on another sales price list which is just for specific customer:

same item but different cost with discount alright

Alright now coming to the point is when i create sales order it takes the amount of list for all customer 75 and discount which is specified on sales price list for one customer. All i want is system should pick that list for specific customer instead of all customers.

tell why this is happening if someone can help on this ......

Hello,

As YUN ZHU mentioned, the default behaviour is the 'best price' will be selected instead of 'Specific' Customer has priority over 'All'.

Because the system will automatically take the best price, which is the lowest price, so 75 is taken.
As far as I know, this default behavior cannot be modified unless customized.
