Customization Interface for D365 through PowerApps

I was wondering if there was something similar in D365FO a way to view the entities like you could through Dynamics CRM/CE where you can click on customization and have a tree view of the various entities, relationships and create new ones in finance and operations.  I know this more 'old school' but was hoping it was available and how to navigate to it that way.  Thank you
