Views on contacts filtered by segment membership

In Outbound marketing it was a no brainer to create a segment (e.g. called "Segment-NoProf" filtering for "Consent" <> "Profiling") and to create a view on contacts that filtered accordingly (e.g. "SegmentMember"="Segment-NoProf").

The result was, that I received an overview on all contacts that are members of the segment.
I even could add columns of intersting contact related information (e.g. on related accounts) and even could share the view to sales colleagues, that did not have access to the "marketing app".

As of now, we could not find a solution to provide our CRM users a similar feature in Real-time journeys.

Will Microsoft provide a solution on short notice, that enables MS Dyn users to receive views on contacts filtered by a segment membership?
Maybe does anyone have a solution which can be used in the meatime until MS comes up with an ootb solution?
