Critical issue unresolved on Financial Reporting

Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because we are facing a critical issue on Financial Reporting

  • Product: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation

  • Feature: Data Mart / Finacial Reporting

  • Environment type: Production and Sandbox

  • D365FO version: 10.0.44

Data Mart integration failed on:

* Accounts to Account
* General Ledger Transaction to Fact
 

I can't get any king of logs or a way to understand what's fail.

Any one have any idea?

    Hi,

    Several years ago, I have seen the accounts to account failing because of an illegal value for an account type. That was due to a wrong data migration of the chart of accounts. 

    Maybe you can try to reset the datamart and try again. See: Reset the Financial reporting data mart - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    If that doesn't solve the issue, check if you can reproduce the error in a non-production environment. If so, with database access you can run some queries I used in the past. (see the SQL scripts as provided in my blog: Troubleshooting Management Reporter integration with AX 2012; I need to fix the lost images. Anyway the SQL scripts are available).
