For Email Tracking, "Microsoft Copilot for Sales" and "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" has the manual email by email user can track the email or there are automated settings to do certain options when receiving the email. Again its based on received emails.
My use case , is "when user send email in outlook", That sent email needs to track in CRM/Outlook automatically as long as its from different domain.
I tried Power automate to create the email from "sent email" folder to CRM email record, but that email in outlook do not show as "Tracked in Dynamics" indicator. How can we achive this through power automate?
