Searching by email address in activities

I need some help trying to search by email address on D365.
 
I need to search by emails incoming by a specific email address, how can I do this? I am looking on 'Activities', under 'All Emails'. I'm not then able to press the filter button as it is greyed out. Please can someone help with trying to change this. Or by searching another way.
