Loading Microsoft Dynamics metadata into a Data Catalog Tool (Not Purview)

How can I load Microsoft Dynamics data into our data catalog tool (not Purview)? Is there an OpenAPI definition or connector available for this integration, and where can I download it?

I’m mainly looking for a way to bring in metadata such as entities, their descriptions, attributes, and data types. Any guidance or recommendations would be helpful.
I have the same question (0)

Can you tell us what Dynamics 365 application this question is related to? There are several different solutions in the Dynamics 365 family, like: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and Customer Insights.

You can use Dynamics 365’s OData and Web API services, which expose detailed metadata such as entities, attributes, descriptions, and data types. The OData endpoint (for example, https://<org>.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/$metadata) provides schema information in XML format that you can parse and transform to match your catalog’s metadata model.

Thanks for the clarification. Moved the question from the Dynamics 365 General to the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights forum.

@Ahsan Shahid  thank you for your reply,  a right direction.
Tried to use https://<org>.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/$metadata, it does provide entity, attributes, data type, but misses to expose definition and default options (examples below). Are those available in bulk somewhere , or need to be requested by entity?

While I am also looking for Definition (as in account EntityType (Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM) | Microsoft Learn
