Email Notification Workflow in D365

Hi all,

I have an issue related to email notification workflow. I'm trying to setup a workflow in D365 without any hardcode. When the PO is approved or rejected, the email notification will be sent to the requestor, the approver and CC the PM as well. Is there a way I can achieve this? Is there a way that I can setup the email notification when the requestor submit the PO, the email will be sent to a group of approvers. And then whoever approver works on that the PO either approve or reject, the email will be sent to only that approver, the requestor and CC the PM as well? The Estimator in the picture is the approver for more clarification.
