Hi team,
 
Looking for a suitable solution for a booking system. 
 
At a high level, would like it able to
 
1) Have a landing page
2) Book different services, but only show one service that the customer has selected through the landing page. Ie Landing page will be service specific, they will enter they details in and move to be booking form. 
3) Book the appointment. The booking appointment will grey out any slots that have been booked already
4) Integrate with Dynamics CRM
 
Would MS booking suit? or is there another app that would ?

    I think you have a few options:
     
    This has the benefit of tying directly into your bookings and work orders, and allows customers to pick information based on the Incident Type and schedule service in available windows. The downside is that there is additional setup required, but I would consider it the "native" solution to what you are looking for. However, this is only helpful if you are using Field Service or Customer Service maybe.
     
    This would be significantly easer to set up, but you would need to connect bookings into your CRM via Power automate to list out the selected appointments. Probably less of a technical lift, but more to maintain and keep on top of plus making sure your flow is robust and can handle errors or issues.

    Sounds like the field server portal is more robust but MS bookings with power automate could be quicker to implement. Would love to hear if anyone has experience managing the flows long term. I also managed everything automate inside me webpage.
