Sales Qualification Agent not showing leads even without search criteria

Hi all,
 
I am configuring the Sales Qualification Agent (research agent) and have started/activated the agent. I have many leads in my system, but the agent does not detect them, even without any search criteria applied. I can not seem to find the problem.
 
What could be the issue?
