Hi everyone,
I’m troubleshooting an issue in our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment where a single user is unable to open any modules in one specific legal entity. When she switches to our other legal entity, everything works normally.
The error appears immediately when she tries to open any module in the affected company.
“An internal error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.” Session ID: (changes each attempt) Example timestamp: 2026‑01‑29T23:00:56.083Z Version: 10.36.3198.18831 : 7.0.7690.99 : 7.0.25142.1
Additional details:
I suspect it doesn't relate to security roles but something else.
Any suggestions on additional user‑specific data to clear or other troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
