Recently, while attempting to reset our portal, I deleted the website record in the Portal Management app. Since doing so, I am unable to recreate the site in Power Pages. The portal solutions (e.g., msdyn_HCMRecruitingCareers, msdyn_HCMRecruitingAnchor, and related solutions) remain installed, but without the website record, Power Pages does not allow us to restore or recreate the site.
We have a working version of the portal in our sandbox environment, and our goal is to restore the production site to its original state while maintaining its connection to our live Dynamics 365 HR instance.
Could you please advise on the best way to safely restore the portal website or guide us through recovery options? Any guidance or support to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
