Warehouse management app - problems when i make changes

Hi all! I have a small question about WM app because, sometines when i develop a interface change and i compile, if i want to see this change, it isnt enough doing a build of Solution, i have to do a full build of module(with syncronization activated) to the this development applied. Is it normal? Am i doing something wrong?
