Problem with copilot (gpt-4o-mini not available in the current geography)

The following error appears from time to time in Action center: 
And as it instructs, I have checked that all the Generative AI features are Allowed in PPAC for this environment. Any other ideas are welcome!

    Reason: The error occurs because the gpt-4o-mini model is not available in the current Power Platform region where the environment is hosted.
    At the same time, cross-region data movement is disabled at the tenant level, which prevents Copilot from accessing the model hosted in another geography.

    Solution: To resolve this issue, cross-region data movement must be enabled in the Power Platform Admin Center.

    • Log in to the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).

    • Navigate to Tenant settings.

    • Locate the setting Data movement across regions.

    • Enable this setting to allow cross-geo calls.

    • Ensure the parameter Enable Cross Geo Call is set to True

    • Save the changes and retry the Copilot action.

    Hi, I don't know where you got those instructions but they are misleading. There is no 'Data movement across regions' setting in Tenant settings. 
    Instead, this is a per-environment setting and here you can see it's set to 'Allowed'.

    Hi Migi,

    I have not seen this message before. In what region is your Dynamics 365 environment deployed?

    Anyway, in case the setting is already enabled, you can check if there are DLP policies or Advanced Connector policies in place, restricting some AI calls.

    It's in Europe. I haven't got any errors today, maybe MS has fixed it under the hood.
