Unexpected Behavior in Dynamics 365 Sales Workflow

Hello everyone,
I recently created a custom workflow in Dynamics 365 Sales, but it seems to behave inconsistently. Sometimes it triggers correctly, other times it doesn’t, even with the same conditions. I’ve double-checked the steps and dependencies, but I can’t figure out why.
Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before? Any tips on debugging workflows or ensuring consistent execution would be greatly appreciated.
