Personalisation option is not available - AX 2012

Hi all,
 
We are able to see Personalisation only in one legal entity, and in other entities it is not coming in AX 2012.
But we can see the Personalisation option using Admin role in all legal entities.
 
Please advice how we can see the Personalisation option in all legal entities.

    Hi, Admin can see everything. 
    This means that this is related to the user rights. 
    Please check the role that you can see the personalization and allow the all companies for that role. seems like it is about it is only allowed in one company

Tried to check but did not find the place to update.

    In AX 2012, the Personalization option is controlled by security roles and company-specific role assignments.

    Why you see it only in one legal entity

    Security roles in AX 2012 are assigned per legal entity

    Your Admin role is assigned in all legal entities, so personalization is visible everywhere

    Your non-admin role is likely assigned only to one legal entity, which is why personalization appears only there

    Where we can check/find the non admin role assigned to legal entities, I have tried to check but did find in Security roles section.

    A clarification about the reply where it is mentioned that "Security roles in AX 2012 are assigned per legal entity". This is NOT a correct definition. Security roles are assigned to users. For each security user role assignment, you can assign organizations. This will restrict the permissions to one or more legal entities.
    The system administrator role is also assigned to a user; it does not allow for organization assignments, as this is a special role bypassing all security.

    So, check on the role assignments if there are organizations assigned that are restricting features for legal entities that are not assigned.

    The account is having custom roles which are having access to all Legal entities , but standard role System user is granted only to one legal entity in which we are able to access Personalisation.
     
    Issue is resolved after adding access to all entities in System user role.
