BC Freezing on white page

Hello, 
 
We have been noticing BC has been freezing and causing it to become unactionable and causes us to refresh which refreshes the whole site and take back to the home page. This is what it looks like when it freezes on the page it gives a white screen. Has anyone else been noticing this or what is causing it to freeze?
