When I create a fixed asset and fill in the FA Subclass Code on the Fixed Asset Card, I get this error:The record in table FA Depreciation Book already exists. Identification fields and values: FA No.='FA000xx', Depreciation Book Code='XXXX'

- The same error occurs on Base Application 27.5.46862.53716 and 28.0.46665.54094, with identical line numbers.
- The error occurs when the asset already has a depreciation book line for the book configured as the default depreciation book. Has anyone run into this on BC 27 or 28? I would like to know whether it is a known issue, whether a newer build fixes it, and what you are using as a workaround in the meantime — other than telling users to refresh the page before setting the subclass.
