How to prevent users from seeing related emails when they have access to the parent record?

We have a scenario where a user should be able to see that a record exists, but not see any related emails or activities. We’ve already applied column security on the parent table, so the user can see the record but not its sensitive fields. However, the user still sees emails linked to this record via the “Regarding” relationship. We checked the security role and set Read for Email and ActivityPointer to None, but the emails are still visible. Is there any way to achieve our end goal?
