I have D365 PPAC deployed sandbox environment. I have followed all instructions to setup and enable electronic invoicing, and all features are enabled.
Still getting the following errors:
The e-invoicing service parameters have not been synchronized with the E-invoicing service. Please review the below details, and click 'Save' to synchronize your changes.
Failed to retrieve token, please check if the electronic invoicing add-in is installed for this environment.
Any guidance as to what is wrong with the environment?

Hi,
the error message is talking about add-in installation on the L:CS. Did you check it on the LCS ? Or is it a case, where you have no LCS and it is UDE/USE/UPE?
