I just can't believe how complicated the User/Team administration has become in Dynamics 365. There are some features I really miss, but maybe I am doing it wrong? When googling this I only find sentences like: A modern, intuitive UI experience within the Power Platform admin center replaces the legacy, web client UI for managing security roles for environment makers.
However, there are no examples of how the UI experience is more intuitive (spoiler: its not).
These are the user stories I am having trouble with. All of these were simple and intuitive in the old GUI.
As a System Adminstrator I want to see a list of what security roles a Dynamics User (or a Team) has with a simple click from the user form.
As a System Adminstrator I want to able to add or remove a security role from a user (or a Team) from the User form in Dynamics
As a System Administrator I want to see how the security role is setup up in the Dynamics UI.
Hopefully I am missing something and this is easy to do in Dynamics, but up until now I can't seem to find another solution than going into the Power Platform Admin Center. I can't find a list viewing there but at least I can scroll a long list of roles and take note of all of them. If I am checking what security role a Team has I must be careful not to click on the Team name as that sends me back to the Team form in Dynamics (where I can't see the Security Roles).
Can anyone help?
