Can't sign up for a trial?

I seem to be having trouble signing up for a new trial - this is new beahviour just today.  When I click the "try for free" button on the trails page, nothing happens.  No popup, nothing.  The script to launch the popup seems to be disabled.

 
Anyone else having the same problem?

    Yeah it seems a issue at MS end , I have reached out to support , let see if they would have any fix for this.
