Sales Accelerator Work Items Card Appearance

Hi all,

I am updating the Work Item Appearance for my Sales Accelerator Work List. I have two date fields for an Opportunity card and the formatting of the date is terrible. (see below). Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on how I can get this formatting to properly show. I have checked the environment date format, checked all the sales accelerator settings and no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Your date format looks like the IS0-8601 date format.

The date format can be customized in the personal options.

Is the date format in your personal options the same as the date format of the image in your question?

Hi Dengliang,

Unfortunately this does not resolve the issue. I am having this issue specifically on the work item under the work list. No matter what I adjust, the portion in red is always in what appears to be the dataverse date formatting. The field even shown is date only but I still get the time included.
