Transfer orders between two different sites with goods receiving and picking at a transit warehouse

Is it possible to set up transit orders with a specific warehouse as a transit warehouse, but with ordinary goods receinving and picking at the warehouse that has been set as the transit warehouse for the transfer ordrer?
