Blob Fields - Switching - between Card Page - Buttons Left/Right

Hello guys,
 
I have got a Item Card Page Extension. 
In this Page Extension there are two blob fields. 
 
So if i navigate with this buttons to the next item card or last item card, the text in this fields do not get updated. 
However they get updated on if i open them up in the item list. 
 
Does anyone know how to solve this Problem?
 
Item No 1: with descriptions
 
 
 
Item No 2: should now have it origin description however it gets the description of the first item

Does anybody have a clue how we could fix this?

    The Code to render the BLOB data could have been written on the OnOpenPage Trigger and not on the OnAfterGetRecord trigger. This would result in this behaviour.

    Since the Page itself does not close and open when you click the Left/Right buttons and only changes the record that is loaded, the BLOB does not render any text.
     
    In Summary, to solve the issue, the code to load BLOB data should be called in the OnAfterGetRecord Trigger.
