Issue adding Links/Notes to a Customer in Business Central 28.2

Hello:

Noticed a problem/hang that started occurring fairly recently (days ago?)

Add multiple, consecutive Links/Notes to a Customer
At some count of entries, that latest and all previous entries clear and the app hangs
Unable to do anything, including exit the Customer
Have to refresh the browser
Occurs with both Edge and Chrome.

Known/new issue?

I tested by adding multiple consecutive Notes and Links in a Sample Environment of BC 28.2. No such unusual results occurred.
