Hi everyone, currently today, January 21st, 2026, we are experiencing some slowdowns within Dynamics (CRM). Do you have any notifications or information regarding this?

    Moved the question from the Dynamics 365 General to the Dynamics 365 Customer experience/CRM forum.
     
    Can you indicate if you are using an on-premise environment or are you running your app in the cloud? If you can provide more background information, this will be helpful.

    My organisation has been experiencing slow performance today.

    This is related to a wider cloud service degredation that is affecting a number of azure services
