New CIJ Email Button editor Fluent UI 2.0 / Mica not working as expected

In the latest update wave 2 there is a new CIJ Email Button editor released working with Fluent UI 2.0  / Mica but it is not working as expected.
You have to zoom out your browser after loading to get a good experience.
