    Hi LMata,

    Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/query-visualize-hierarchical-data

    https://www.crmsoftwareblog.com/2018/02/dynamics-365-record-hierarchy/

These articles detail the Dynamics 365 Record Hierarchy.

Open the Account view, on the far left of all the columns, there is an iconpastedimage1615429628187v2.png, click on it, you can enter the hierarchy view.

If you don't see the hierarchy icon, then we need to set the hierarchy for Account.

First, you will need to navigate to Settings>Customizations>Customize the System, expand Entities > AccountHierarchy Settings, then New.

Set it as follow. Save and close.

    Hi LMata,

You can ‘under’ operator of fetchxml, which will give you only child accounts of hierarchy.

    Hi,

In Dynamics 365, you can use the built-in Hierarchy View on the Account entity to see parent and child accounts. Just open a parent account and click the Hierarchy button; it gives you a visual tree of all related accounts. If you need a flat list, you can create an Advanced Find query filtering by Parent Account to pull all child accounts into a view.
For more complex setups where you need flexible relationship mapping across stakeholders and decision-makers, tools like Map My Relationships can help, it supports mind map, tree, and hierarchy views, and also surfaces aggregate deal values directly within the view.
    Please refer: https://www.inogic.com/blog/2026/02/relationship-mapping-and-data-visualization-in-dynamics-365-crm-a-complete-guide/

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks!
